Not like the book - value is lost

So disappointed. Having had the book for a number of years as a resident and faculty, the app is so problematic. You have to buy the app to have anything useful - $29.99 and renew yearly. REALLY!?
The value is completely lost. Given the multitude of other options for looking up antimicrobial treatment, the Sanford guide is (sadly) no longer on my list of resources, and as an ID specialist at a large academic medical center, I do NOT recommend this for my residents and students. Greed was clearly the business model.
