Do not buy for ob/gyn topics

I completed my ob/gyn residency in 1983. I had positive memories of the old paper Sanford
Guide. so when I saw an app available I anticipated it would be worth the cost. it is the most disappointing medical information purchase I have ever made. Extremely poor in ob/gyn - most recent failure is nothing for post partum endometritis. this is the third topic I queried without any information.
