It used this book in paperback or on computer for 20 years and it is still my most trusted source to look up treatments in.

Excellent and very easy to use
As a pharmacist, this app provides me with the quick answers I need. Love the tables too!
Quick, vast and current medical therapy recommendation.
App continues to improve already essential product.
I use this application multiple times a day. It is an excellent resource!
Great app. Easy to use , up to date, use daily in ER.
Always handy, now on mobile.
A free app should have at least minimal free content. With this app, as soon as you open it, you are not able to access anything until you activate it by paying for it so it should be listed as costing $29.99. It may be listed as free because you can activate it with a passcode, probably through your institution if they provide it for you, however the workaround to offer this option that includes listing it as free may be necessary, but it still deceitful.
I completed my ob/gyn residency in 1983. I had positive memories of the old paper Sanford Guide. so when I saw an app available I anticipated it would be worth the cost. it is the most disappointing medical information purchase I have ever made. Extremely poor in ob/gyn - most recent failure is nothing for post partum endometritis. this is the third topic I queried without any information.
Definitely better than the book version. Use it everyday!
Excellent app for most bedside ID issues with an emphasis on treatment. Monthly updates fix problems, add content and features and keep it up date. Complements textbooks and textbook-style sites like up to date. Guide outstrips UTD for treatment but does not have the deep background
Awesome price! You can search through all topics! :)
First, I love This app and have used it for a very long time... But recently the change to the "Spectrum of Activity" that has a HORRIBLE table that is difficult to manuever is driving me crazy and I am thinking about switching to John Hopkins. PLEASE LIST ORGANISMS AGAIN!
Best ID source ever.
It meets my needs. Its easier to read than the microscopic font of the pocket paperback. Its a worth while investment.
Very useful
I loved it in print and now I love the iPad app! I always have it in clinic with me. Very easy to use. I love the brief clinical synopsis and the drug dosing guidelines. Keep up the good work!
I wish I wouldve gotten this sooner!!
No finer reference to deal with drugs and bugs!
