I use this on a daily basis and really appreciate the easy to read color charts. Im in pediatrics so my only suggestion would be improved pediatric indications/dosing.

Must have for residents and beyond
Ignore the 1 star reviews, those are likely non medical professionals. This is a must have app, along with epocrates. It is worth the $30.
Great App. Much preferred over the book.
Having been trained using the book, thankfully, the app is just a natural transition. I cant imagine getting through my day without the app. Also, once you cross the threshold of middle age, the book becomes unusable because of the small Print. With the app, you can adjust the font size to whats comfortable. Its 5 stars and well worth the price.

Why turning app into subscription?
I dont know if the publisher is taking us for fools or going the take it or leave it route. This book is a small pocket reference worth $20-30. Why would anyone want to pay $30 A YEAR for this? Want to charge for upgrades, sure. But to cut access after already having paid?? Absolutely not!
